Our Policies

Our goal is to AMAZE our customers!  We want you to be AMAZED with our products and customer service. Please review our policies and know that we will work with you on any issue you may have concerning our products as Live On Impact wants you to love our products as much as we do!  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 4 days of receiving it for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY AS LONG AS the merchandise shows no wear marks, such as stains, tears, or makeup. There are no refunds as these items are made to order. 

In order to exchange or receive credit on any item within the 4-day timeframe, please follow the instructions precisely for contacting us so we can manage your request in a timely manner.  

Please contact our support team at LiveOnImpactLLC+ShopSupport@gmail.com with the words RETURN REQUEST in the Subject Line Box.  

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN any items without contacting the support team first.We will email you with the Return Instructions. PLEASE BE ADVISED: ALL ITEMS MUST BE in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during the fitting on of any of the apparel lines). No worn appearances, no body odors, scented odors, smoke odors, or pet odors, and in the original bag. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES.  

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both outgoing and incoming.
  • If an exchange is used, please note that additional shipping charges apply. 
  • All additional costs will be invoiced to the customer for the difference if an exchange occurs.
  • Please allow 30 days for processing all exchange orders once we receive the return. 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are immediately dispatched to production after the order is placed.  WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED. Live On Impact, LLC items are custom made to your order.  Normal processing/shipping time is up to 14 business days. However, due to the Pandemic, work force issues and the current supply chain delays, it may take up to 30 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.  
  • Orders are shipped through various mail carriers.
  • Live On Impact, LLC is not responsible for orders lost, damaged, mishandled or misplaced by any of the shipping providers. 
  • Please ensure that your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct prior to checkout. 
  • Please refer to your tracking number for the shipping delivery updates.

Apparel & Accessories Sizing Information 

  • All body sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are not guaranteed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
